About the Client

Our client is a tech-enabled platform that powers the operations behind branded merchandise and promotional products. They serve agencies, marketing teams, and direct-to-consumer brands by streamlining the ordering, quoting, and fulfillment workflows. Their platform connects customers to a vetted network of merchandise vendors, helping brands execute on high-volume promotional projects with speed, transparency, and scalability.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a detail-driven, proactive Account Manager with experience in branded merchandise, fulfillment logistics, or promotional products. This is a high-impact, mid-level role that combines client account ownership with order and vendor management. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while also coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 1–2 high-value B2B client accounts and act as their main point of contact
  • Review, edit, and process high-volume orders placed through the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows (PO to delivery)
  • Proactively resolve issues related to delays, product defects, or artwork rejections
  • Maintain communication with internal teams (support, sales, design) and external vendors
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep records updated across systems, ensuring every order and communication is tracked
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Support new client onboarding, quoting, and custom project scoping when needed
Requirements

Non-Negotiables:

  • 2–4 years experience in account, order, or project management
  • At least 1 year of experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry
  • B2B client experience and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with order workflows, vendor/supplier coordination, and client-facing communication
  • Tech-savvy; confident using Google Workspace, Slack, and project tracking tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Availability during U.S. time zones (EST or PST)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in merchandise logistics, production, or supply chain
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
