Would you like to work on the development of roof systems for future car models together with some of the market leaders in the automotive industry? Inalfa Roof Systems is a world leading supplier for OEM automotive roof systems and still growing strong. Are you ready to grow with us?

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned accounts. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue growth. This role involves understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities Are

  • Successful support and administration of product applications, Request for Quotation’s (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO’s) and awarding of new business
  • Assistance in interface between functions to ensure timely, cost effective, related results
  • Manage customer requests in a timely resolution
  • Create sales contracts in Infor for new level parts and price changes
  • Create sales orders and Infor project orders for non-productive shipments
  • Manage requests for invoices for all tooling and special build parts, track payment status for tooling
  • Provide administration for Covisint/GM Supply Power and other customer web portals
  • Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reporting and other written information for internal and external distribution
  • Maintain PO log and complete reporting of pricing status via monthly Snapshot meetings
  • Establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work
  • Coordinate account deliverables, including attending internal engineering change meetings
  • Commercial representation internally on running business
  • Manage Service Parts aftermarket business directly with the assigned OEM
  • Establish a relationship with appropriate customer contacts
  • Other internal contract management, budget, and order entry duties as assigned

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience and capability: Work experience in programming or account management preferred.
  • Fluent English
  • Core Competences: problem Solving, RFQ´s, Resources planning, Customer requirements as applicable, contracts management, technical knowledge of the product.
  • Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP Baan – Infor. Covisint and /or other customer portals applicable
  • Additional desirable requirements:
  • Planning and quoting process tools, scope pf work structure. Even/ cash flow analysis. Researching, quoting and approval part changes, Gantt charts (plan for build, longest part only), Costed Bill of materials and margining, Researching, quoting and approval of part changes, Open issues matrix
