We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager focused on Distribution Growth to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver seamless service and address client needs promptly.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the accounts, supporting the expansion of services and products aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maintain profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to offer clients innovative solutions and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering trust.
  • Preferred Experience with Distribution Hunt, and Grow.
