The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include promoting safety, managing budgets, and coordinating activities across shifts. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong communication and project management skills.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of high-level experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Understanding of human resources management and labor regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate manufacturing activities across shifts.
• Promote and support safety objectives.
• Monitor plant performance and improve output, quality, and costs.

Bilingual English Spanish

Lean Manufacturing Principles

Excellent communication skills

ISO/TL9000 experience

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field
