Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong customer care attitude and fluency in German (B2/C1) required.

- Good knowledge of IT tools and willingness for ongoing training in luxury.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone/chat/email.
- Assist customers with online purchases in e-commerce and after-sales support.

We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in languages, empathetic, passionate about fashion and luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages knowledge:
German (B2/C1)
Tasks:
- Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone/chat/email
- E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases
Contract: Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), on shifts, 5 days a week.
Qualifications:
- Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, and Luxury
- Good knowledge of IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Ongoing training on Luxury Brands
- Continuous language practice and professional growth in luxury
