• Core activities . Credit Risk Evaluation : Benchmarking and enhancing credit risk models and lending processes, aligning with regulatory and internal risk management standards, and supporting the review, validation, and remediation of credit decisioning frameworks. You will manage the end-to-end credit process lifecycle, including drafting and maintaining credit policies and procedures, scheduling and monitoring credit applications, data collection, validation, and integration with decision engines. You will perform advanced data analysis to support credit risk assessment and lending activities, and implementing credit decision engines and strategies to optimize credit approval processes.
• Technologies . You will work with data analysis technologies (es. SQL). Activities will involve the implementation and configuration of data governance platforms, as well as data extraction, transformation, and analysis using industry-standard solutions.
• Team work . You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team environment, engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. • Academic background . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• Valuable expertise . Passion for Finance and Credit Risk; strong technical skills in data analysis and reporting, credit process optimization, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., credit risk models, internal lending policies). Fluent english.
• Nice to have . Experience with leading data management and analytics tools, including SQL and SAS, to support data integration and quality monitoring.
• Soft skills . Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong teamwork and communication abilities.
