What if you joined our Group to work on developing cockpit comfort? The Trèves Group, an international automotive supplier, is one of the world leaders in vehicle interiors and acoustic treatment. We design innovative solutions to improve interior vehicle comfort by reducing external noise and noise generated inside the cabin. Present on 4 continents, in 16 countries, and with 4,600 employees, our Group is experiencing sustained growth. We are looking for :

the Plant Manager for our Aprilia site.

Main Mission

As the operational representative of the Trèves Group's General Management on site, you assume full responsibility for the plant. Your objective is to ensure the rigorous execution of Group policies (especially QHSE), to drive performance to contribute to the company's profitability and sustainable development, and to ensure client satisfaction and legal compliance.

Authorities & Responsibilities
  • Safety & Environment: Take all necessary measures for HSE risk prevention.
  • Operational: Make all necessary operational decisions to ensure the proper functioning of the site and the application of legal rules.
  • External Representation: Represent the Management to local authorities, the Works Council (CSE), staff representatives, and union representations.
  • Resource Management: Commit material, human, technical, and financial resources within the limits of the budgetary resources and the delegation of authority.
  • Training: Organize information, awareness, and training for employees in your areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
  • Governance & QHSE: Guarantee the rigorous implementation of Group policies, procedures, and tools (especially QHSE and Quality).
  • Leadership & Management: Lead, develop, and empower the site management team.
  • Performance & Profitability: Oversee all operations (Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance) to achieve performance and profitability objectives (HSE, HR, Quality, Financial). Manage costs and be responsible for the site's financial results.
  • Legal & Compliance: Ensure the plant's legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Alignment: Ensure alignment with client requirements and Group strategy, and manage Site-Group communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement process (M20, Gembawalk) and manage budgeting (preparation, follow-up, reporting).
Profile
  • Experience & Role: Minimum 10 years of industrial experience, including 5+ years in site management (P&L) in a demanding environment (e.g., automotive/serial production).
  • Operational Expertise: Master of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence. Proven experience in achieving QHSE, Quality (e.g., IATF), and Profitability targets.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven leader capable of unifying and developing a management team. Demonstrated experience in comprehensive budget management and Group reporting.
