The Company: Multinational Process Company, is currently seeking a :

• Oversee the full project lifecycle — from business case development to commissioning — ensuring timely and cost-effective execution according to company standards.
• Full responsibility in the management and execution of the project according to the agreed plan.
• Guide the project team towards achieving objectives, coordinating planning and execution of activities.
• Elaborate the scope, the project plan and the business case, ensuring consistency with the business strategy and the achievement of the expected results.
• Manage capital investment projects (revamping, new production lines, infrastructure, utilities).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with EHS standards.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance KPIs.
• Provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Finance).
• Lead post-project reviews and promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
• Take care of the handover and closure phase of the project, preparing the final documentation and enhancing the lesson learned for future projects.
• Manage suppliers and contractors.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good Knowledge of English.
• 5 / 6 years of seniority.
• Proven background in managing CAPEX projects and working in an operational plant environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Cost / benefit analysis, cost control and financial forecasting skills.
