We are looking for a Production Manager to join our Barberini Plant based in Pescara.
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of industrial production processes.
The Production Manager's goal is to guarantee production volumes, while respecting quality, service, and cost performances requested by top management and complying with safety and environmental obligations.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Guarantee the production output as per the industrial plans, in quantity and mix.
- Ensure the organization of work, implement improvement plans, and oversee the installation of automation, machinery, or systems, along with maintenance plans.
- Train and develop your team’s skills, evaluate performance, and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing, or automation engineering is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma).
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Good relationship skills.
