As a Production Manager, you will manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing efficiency and OEE KPIs
• Production programming, deviation detection, and management actions to meet targets
• Managing quality KPIs
• Applying delegation mechanisms
• Ensuring quality of parts produced in your shop
• Analyzing auxiliary material costs (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap)
• Having advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
• Contributing to the surface treatment area budget
• Understanding environmental procedures and management references
• Implementing safety procedures for work interventions and risk management
