Vous serez responsable de la gestion technique des processus industriels, garantissant volumes et qualité de production. Ce poste nécessite un solide leadership et une expérience prouvée dans le secteur de la fabrication.

Competenze

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de production.
• Expérience technique appréciée en ingénierie des processus et de fabrication.
• Connaissance des outils Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen ou Six Sigma).

Mansioni

• Garantir la production conforme aux plans industriels.
• Assurer l'organisation du travail et des plans d'amélioration.

ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a role of Production Manager who will join our Barberini Plant based in Pescara.

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes.

The Production Manager has the objective of guaranteeing the production volumes, respecting the quality, service and cost performances requested by top management and complying with obligations in terms of safety and the environment.

AREAS OF RESPONSIILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• guarantee the production output envisaged by the industrial plans, in quantity and mix
• ensure the organization of work, the implementation of improvement plans, the installation of automation and/or machinery and/or systems, the application of maintenance plans
• training and development of the skills of your team (Evaluation of collaborators' performance and management of feedback with a view to development and continuous improvement)
• promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements in terms of Safety and the Environment

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience
• Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing and automation Engineer is appreciated.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
• Problem solving attitude
• Good relationship skills
