- Manage M&A projects, timelines, and resources.
- Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess the financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.
- Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams.
- Support negotiations and prepare executive‑ready materials for executive leadership.
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting.
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong legal, financial, fiscal analysis and valuation skills.
- Project management skills across the full M&A lifecycle.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- 3+ years of M&A experience (advisory or in‑house).
