As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to solve problems, build trust, and make every interaction count. You'll be the face (or voice!) of the brand delivering support that feels personal, helpful, and human.
Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot problems using tools, training, and documentation
Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Offer solutions to frequently asked questions
Represent the brand with clarity and enthusiasm
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
FluentItalian
Solid English skills (B2 or higher)
Basic tech proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)
Previous customer support, hospitality, or client-facing experience
Strong communication and time management skills
Active listening and emotional intelligence
A collaborative, team-player mindset
