A pioneering SaaS company seeks a Founding Fullstack Engineer to own the entire product stack, architect technical solutions, and work closely with founders to shape company culture. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of fullstack development experience and a mindset for startup agility. This position is remote-friendly across Europe.

The founder is young, smart, and driven — looking for someone equally ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurial. If you’ve been the first engineer or an early technical hire at a startup and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments, this is for you.
As our Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our product’s backend and frontend. You’ll make key architectural decisions, ship features fast, and set the standard for technical excellence and product impact. You’ll also work directly with the founders and customers to build something meaningful — and help shape the DNA of the company from day one.
- Own the stack : Build, maintain, and scale backend APIs, infrastructure, and frontend interfaces.

5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
- Experience working in early‑stage startups — ideally as a founding or first engineer.
- Strong product mindset — you care about both architecture and user experience.
Hands‑on expertise with our stack or similar: React / TypeScript, Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Proven ability to work end‑to‑end, from database schema to frontend UX.
- Startup mentality: bias for action, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Be a founding team member — shape the company’s culture, product, and engineering standards.
- Work directly with a visionary founder who values drive, creativity, and autonomy.
- Enjoy full remote flexibility within Europe, or relocate to Germany.
