What You’ll Do
- Design digital marketing assets: ads, motion graphics, banners, emails, and social media creatives.
- Lead packaging design for product launches—concept through to print-ready artwork.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring campaign briefs to life.
- Ensure brand consistency by refining scalable design systems and templates.
- Prepare files for production, liaise with suppliers, and ensure quality outputs.
- Stay ahead of design trends in wellness, beauty, and e-commerce.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and structured workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in graphic design, packaging design, or similar creative roles (wellness / e-commerce / beauty a plus).
- A portfolio showcasing both digital assets and packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Capcut, and familiarity with Shopify & Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creative and packaging production processes.
- Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Passion for designing within brand vision and storytelling through design.
