A multinational customer service provider is seeking Italian Customer Service Representatives to support a global client in Portugal. This fully remote role is open to candidates living in Portugal and offers an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and delivering excellent service. Strong proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1) is required.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up on customer requests and escalation issues when necessary
- Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)
- Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
