This role involves routine surveys, report preparation, and liaison with clients to resolve issues in marine structures. Candidates need a relevant engineering background and at least three years of experience in a surveyor role, plus a strong grasp of marine industry standards.

Competenze

• Minimum three years of experience working as a Surveyor II.
• Understanding of ABS strategic technical positioning in the marine industry.

Mansioni

• Perform routine surveys on vessels and marine structures for compliance.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports of inspections.

Conoscenze

Ability to communicate in English

Problem analysis and solution proposal

Knowledge of ships' engineering systems

Formazione

Tertiary qualifications in engineering or physical science

Marine or nautical institution qualifications with seagoing experience
