Join us as a Fixed Income Market Specialist
Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets We are looking for a Fixed Income Market Specialist to join the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team in Milan. This is a position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.
- Monitor other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets.
- Analyze product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems.
- Compute periodic statistics for fixed income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies.
- Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Perform client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers.
- Support day-to-day listing activities and related projects.
- Accuracy & Timeliness : Proven ability to deliver precise timely and high-quality work.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze market trends and interpret data.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in fixed income markets or related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word). Python skills for automating statistical reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to client needs.
