Lead Project Manager, Renewable Energy (Hybrid – Milan)
Job summary
A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Project Manager to manage utility scale renewable energy projects in Milan. The role includes coordinating teams, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, fluency in Italian and English, and experience in managing renewable projects. This position offers hybrid working flexibility and significant project ownership as part of a growing business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing renewable energy or infrastructure projects in Italy.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
- Oversee EPC contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
