Project Development Manager - Engineer, Renewable Energy (Italy, Remote)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of renewable energy in Italy? We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Development Manager to lead the development of solar, wind, and energy storage projects across the country.

In this role, you will:

• Support project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution.
• Review and assess technical project documents, drawings, and reports to guarantee the highest quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with external consultants and local engineering firms to bring technical documentation to life.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic international engineering team to meet all regulatory and technical requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy preferred); a Master's is a plus.
• Has solid experience developing renewable projects within Italy and is comfortable working with international teams.
• Brings strong technical skills, with the ability to review and challenge project documentation effectively.
• Is familiar with solar, wind, and BESS industry standards and regulations.
• Is fluent in Italian and has excellent command of English.
• Is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with great interpersonal skills.

Location: Remote (based in Italy) with national travel and occasional trips abroad.
