The opportunity

Our teams are organized into Tribes, each responsible for specific product areas. The Property Intelligence Tribe provides insights for real estate decisions, assessing property values, tracking trends, and evaluating investments. The team is diverse, with members from six nationalities across five European countries.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on ML systems powering our platform, designing and maintaining Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) trusted by professionals for residential property valuation.

The impact you will have

• Develop features that directly increase revenue, with valuation models as key selling points.
• Balance cost and value in model development to deliver customer value efficiently.
• Build solutions adaptable across multiple countries, considering local specifics.
• Lead projects from concept to deployment, collaborating with engineering teams.
• Drive quality and performance improvements in ML models and pipelines.
• Maintain and monitor ML systems for reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

What we look for

• A product-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for user-facing products. ML should serve business value.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, to collaborate effectively and mentor peers in our distributed team.
• Hands-on experience with writing clear, maintainable code, understanding that code is read more often than written.
• A growth mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Over 3 years of industry experience applying machine learning to solve business problems and developing production ML pipelines.

Bonus

• Experience in PropTech.
• Proficiency with geospatial data and features.
