Qualifications
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di Active Directory e piattaforme cloud.
- Certificazioni Microsoft sono un plus.
- Capacità di gestire e implementare strumenti IT.
Responsibilities
- Gestire l'infrastruttura office on-premise.
- Monitorare i livelli di servizio del sistema Office.
- Fornire supporto agli utenti.

Siamo alla ricerca di un IT OFFICE Specialist esperto da inserire nel nostro team, con la possibilità di lavorare in modalità full-remote. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nella gestione di sistemi IT e sarà responsabile di garantire l'efficienza e la sicurezza della nostra infrastruttura IT.
- Gestire l'infrastruttura office on-premise (es. Active Directory, ADFS, DFS).
- Gestire la piattaforma cloud office (es. Office 365).
- Monitorare e gestire i livelli di servizio del sistema Office.
- Gestire e implementare strumenti del sistema Office.
- Partecipare a riunioni per raccogliere e condividere soluzioni, assicurando la conformità agli standard.
- Preparare e partecipare a incontri di revisione SLA con i fornitori.
- Verificare i deliverables e gestire le problematiche.
- Fornire supporto agli utenti.
- Esperienza comprovata con i seguenti strumenti e tecnologie : Active Directory
- Microsoft Certification Authority
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Office 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Security & Compliance)
