Job Description :
We are currently seeking an experienced
Piping Designer
with strong skills in
E3D modeling
for large-scale EPC projects. The candidate will be involved in the
final stages of detailed design , focusing on the
generation and verification of piping isometrics
derived from the 3D model.
Main Responsibilities : 3D modeling of piping systems using
AVEVA E3D
in accordance with project specifications, piping classes, and design standards Development and issuance of
piping isometric drawings
from the E3D model Application of design criteria related to layout, space management, maintainability, and safety Interface with other disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) to ensure full integration of the piping model Clash detection and resolution within the 3D environment Implementation of mark-ups and modifications coming from field surveys, vendor updates, or client comments Support to stress analysis and support design teams when required Participation in model reviews and coordination meetings
Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience as Piping Designer in EPC projects Proven experience with
AVEVA E3D
or PDMS, with recent E3D exposure) Good knowledge of piping materials, components, and support standards Experience in the
isometric issuance phase Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, plot plans, and piping classes Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.) Team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving English and Italian language proficiency
