Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone
• Assist customers with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in our systems
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience
• Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information
  
  
  

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus
