A luxury hotel located in Pacengo, Italy is seeking a Front Office Agent to provide exceptional guest service. You will ensure guests feel welcome and oversee check-in/check-out processes. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, a degree in Hotel Management or related field, and strong communication skills in both English and Italian. Flexibility for shift work is required. The position offers opportunities for career development and team events.

Competenze

• At least 1-year experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist.
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian.
• Flexibility in working early, late, and night shifts.

Your Main Duties

• You make sure the guests feel at home, by providing the best personal service
• Handling the check-in and check-out operations
• Handling administrative tasks
• Providing guests with information they may need about the hotel and Garda Lake area
• Answering phone calls

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Tourism studies or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
• Hospitality is in your veins
• At least 1-year experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
