• Internal controlandrisk assessmentin the industrial sector;
• Performance of Legislative decree no.231, SOX, 262and anti-bribery compliance engagements;
• Integratedcompliance;
• Internal auditing;
• Evaluating and designinginternal control systems;
• Studyingindustrial sector legislationand its applications and implications on processes and procedures;
• Development ofgovernanceand organizational models to support the corporate transformation process.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

• You have amaster’s degree in business and management,business administrationand administration,finance and controlling;
• You are interested in working oncorporate governance;
• You have excellent knowledge ofEnglish, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
