Job description
Per conto di prestigioso General Contractor francese, specializzato nel fit-out per settore terziario e commerciale, siamo alla ricerca di una figura da Cost Estimator.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Raccolta, verifica ed analisi delle specifiche tecniche
- Contatto con i fornitori per richiesta e analisi di offerte
- Definizione costi di ingegneria, componenti e lavorazioni
- Preparazione ed invio di valutazioni e rapporti sui costi (Capex, Opex) per il cliente
- Revisione delle dichiarazioni di spesa durante tutte le fasi del progetto
- Elaborazione report
- Interfaccia con i dipartimenti interni coinvolti nel progetto
Indispensabile la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
