Position: HRBP and People Development
Based in one of our European subsidiaries (France, Poland, UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Switzerland), reporting directly to the CHRO, the HR Business Partner & People Development Europe will support activities for corporate functions, build effective partnerships with Country Managers, and promote a corporate culture focused on talent development and continuous learning. The role requires occasional business trips abroad.
Main responsibilities:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or humanities, with 5-6 years of experience in similar roles within structured or multinational companies. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Learning and Development methodologies, emotional intelligence, adaptability, influence skills, and proficiency in English.
