  • HR & Operations Manager

The HR & Operations Manager will primarily manage all back-office operations of the team in Italy. This includes marketing, logistics, administration, finance, operations, and HR, overseeing a team of around 4-5 people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a team of 4 across Administration, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics.
  • Supporting the Managing Director to ensure smooth back-office operations that support sales.
  • Managing office administration and HR activities: onboarding, vacations, sickness, culture & engagement, salaries & targets, employee contracts.
  • Supporting sales force activities: monitoring, reporting, performance management, order and stock management, logistics, and communication with HQ.
  • Managing staff responsible for finance and marketing functions.
  • Liaising with HQ on back-office reporting.
  • Performing additional tasks as required by changing organizational needs and business objectives.

IDEAL CRITERIA

  • Experience in back-office or HR roles.
  • Education in relevant disciplines preferred.
  • Organized and process-oriented.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with senior management.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
