Position: HRBP and People Development

Based in one of our European subsidiaries (France, Poland, UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Switzerland), reporting directly to the CHRO, the HR Business Partner & People Development Europe will support activities for corporate functions, build effective partnerships with Country Managers, and promote a corporate culture focused on talent development and continuous learning. The role requires occasional business trips abroad.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and measurement of HR plans aligned with business objectives and corporate HR strategies for European subsidiaries.
  • Plan and coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
  • Support growth processes, skill development, and mapping.
  • Act as a business partner to strengthen links between HR and subsidiaries on development, salary strategies, performance management, and retention.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and systems within the organization.
  • Advise management on organizational development and HR strategies.
  • Ensure accurate execution of monthly payroll operations in collaboration with payroll providers.
  • Participate in recruitment, draft employment contracts, and handle administrative processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or humanities, with 5-6 years of experience in similar roles within structured or multinational companies. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Learning and Development methodologies, emotional intelligence, adaptability, influence skills, and proficiency in English.
