A multinational company in Venice is seeking an HR Cost Control specialist to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in Cost Controlling. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential. The role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to manage personnel costs and reporting.

The objective of this role is to support HR Cost Control in line with corporate guidelines, to meet deliverables in the areas. She/he will work closely with the Finance Team and HR Team to build strategic employee planning to meet business objectives and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget
  • Support HR and finance teams in consolidating personnel cost budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with HR on HC / FTE reports and advise on critical issues.
  • Update and maintain office name lists and cross-charging components.
  • Download data from HR systems.
  • Prepare summary sheets on annual merit and compensation cost impacts.
  • Assist in forecasting incentive plans.
  • Support local personnel cost reports for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Consolidate monthly payroll reports.
  • Aggregate and analyze overtime, leave, and other reports to assess their impact on personnel costs.
  • Maintain and track headcount and FTE reports.
  • Update employee turnover reports monthly and work with HR to monitor voluntary and involuntary leaves.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Cost Controlling.
  • Methodical, systematic, and efficient approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
