As a Tax Manager at PT. Guna Solusindo Utama, you will play a vital role in providing strategic tax advisory services to support the company's growth in the Badung Bali area. This full‑time position will see you working closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure regulatory compliance and optimise the company's tax position.

• Managing the Accounting and Tax Department in processing financial data and information to produce accurate and timely financial reports of the client’s company.
• Analyze financial data and identify tax‑saving opportunities, and advise on the tax and accounting implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Coordinating the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, and monitoring their execution for reducing financial risk exposure.
• Liaise with tax authorities and represent the company in tax audits.
• Train and mentor junior tax professionals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in accounting tax legislation and best practices to ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesia Regulation.
• Report directly to the director, providing regular updates on team performance and project status.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Fiscal, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting and Tax or 5+ years of experience as tax manager.
• Experience working in consultancy is a must.
• At least USKP A is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
