We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance professional to join our Quality Assurance team (not Quality Control).

The ideal candidate is up to 35 years old, preferably holds a master's degree in technical-scientific disciplines, with some experience in a similar role. Experience in the electronics sector or related fields, as well as relevant educational background, is considered a plus.

Quality Assurance

The selected candidate will support the team to ensure that processes and procedures meet the required quality standards related to the development and maintenance of the Company's Quality Management System.

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001:2015, including policies, processes, procedures, documentation, and records.
• Ability to monitor and verify critical control points within managerial and operational processes (handling non-conformities, KPIs, monitoring methods and information flows).
• Experience in conducting first-party audits to ensure compliance with SGQ procedures.
• Ability to maintain direct contact with suppliers regarding second-party audits.
• Support during customer audits.
• Ability to prepare and update necessary documentation for the SGQ.
• Support the Quality Control team to ensure product conformity according to customer specifications.

Full-time position. Requires teamwork, attention to detail, precision, and good communication skills. Proficiency in English and problem-solving abilities are also required.
