Job Title : Tax Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Deal with the preparation of periodical tax calculations for VAT and WHT.
- Make preparation of other fulfillments required by the law (such as Intrastat Quarterly VAT communications Stamp duties etc.).
- Provide assistance in preparation of annual tax returns.
- Monitor and reconcile the invoices from billing system.
- Provide internal support in tax related matters.
- Proactively monitoring the changes in domestic and international tax laws and regulation which impact the business activities.
- Other complementary tasks.
Requirement :
- Degree in Economics Business Administration or equivalent.
- Ideally between 2 and 5 years of experience in tax departments of structured and / or multinational companies or tax firms.
- Knowledge of the basis of the Italian tax system (both direct and indirect taxes). Knowledge of international taxes will be much appreciated.
- General knowledge IAS / IFRS and Italian GAAPS.
- Fluent in English and proficient with informatic tools (especially excel)-
- Problem solving Teamwork. Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment. Open to embrace a different culture environment open minded flexible strong sense of responsibility and able to work under deadlines.
