We are seeking an Admin Specialist to support our company's growth through diverse administrative tasks, assisting our Italian team and colleagues across Europe. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, and supporting invoice processing.
Delta Electronics (Italy) Srl has offices in Rome and Novedrate (CO); employees may work remotely. The position offers full-time or part-time contracts (minimum 21 hours per week).
• Fluent in English and Italian (daily communication with international colleagues required).
• 2+ years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
• Familiarity with invoice processing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Registered under law 68/99 for protected categories.
