Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Mark Paralegal to join our growing practice. This role will support our trademark attorneys in managing trademark portfolios, coordinating filings, renewals and handling a variety of prosecution and enforcement matters.

• Provide support to foreign Attorneys in filing, renewal, maintenance and opposition matters.
• Maintain and manage our trademarks database, ensuring deadlines and renewals are tracked accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of trademark portfolios and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with trademark availability searches and initial search reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by attorneys.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in trademark law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Preferably a law degree. Other degree programs or diplomas will also be considered.

• Fluent English

• Familiarity with international trademark systems (e.g., WIPO, EUIPO).
• Proficiency in IP docketing software (e.g., CPI).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently.
