Job Description
Efficient management of the development and maintenance of processes for all s.l.p. regarding efficiency, performance (OEE), quality, and continuous improvement aspects, through corporate tools of lean manufacturing.
Qualifications
Main Tasks:
Development of New Processes:
- Execute advanced projects on new processes.
- Coordinate simultaneous engineering between product and process development.
- Perform cost engineering estimates for modifications in existing processes.
- Study, design, and implement automatic and semi-automatic assembly lines.
- Prepare scope of supply (SOR) for new equipment and for existing lines or modifications.
- Manage suppliers in the development of new lines and processes.
Management of Plant Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze and implement new process solutions on existing equipment.
- Conduct root cause analyses using 5S/8D methodologies.
- Follow up on new process ramp-up.
- Develop shared action plans for process improvements.
- Perform daily analysis of process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the plant's largest facilities.
Process Documentation Development:
- Lead interfunctional meetings to develop PFMEA.
- Participate actively in the OEE committee and promote health and safety activities.
- Develop process instructions and train staff on new processes.
- Design medium-level implementations for existing equipment/processes.
- Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, and conduct cost analyses.
Interdisciplinary Activities:
- Support ramp-up of new processes.
- Assist with bill of material management.
- Support process innovation activities.
- Support critical plant processes.
- Assist with the implementation of plant layout.

- International experience working with global teams and understanding different cultures.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
