Company Description

Historic residence on the top of the hill south of Siena, the Borgo dominates the prestigious vineyards of Castello Banfi. A romantic succession of typically Tuscan landscapes unfolds on the gentle slopes, amidst vineyard plots, plum crops, and groves. To recreate the welcoming atmosphere of great refinement that befits the grand cru, the furnishings of the old farmhouses were commissioned to the famous interior architect Federico Forquet. Job Description

Within the restaurant, the responsibilities include:

1. Being responsible for the cleanliness of the environments and materials in use
2. Performing mise en place according to specified standards
3. Performing duties to ensure a consistent guest experience through attention to detail
4. Ensuring the proper service of dishes and beverages
5. Clearing the room, cleaning, maintaining order, and supporting the Chef de Rang in managing the operational aspects of room service, in compliance with standards and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma in hospitality or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
• At least one year of experience in 4* or 5* hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities
