The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, strong management skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Ops Manager to join our Logistics Corporate structure based in the Logistics headquarters in Castel San Giovanni (PC).

Your Impact

The Warehouse Service Provider Ops Manager, reporting directly to the WW Warehouse Network Director, will be responsible for the management of activities and projects in the national and international warehouse areas.

Activities

• Definition of new warehouse operating processes;
• Organization and go-live management of new operational and WMS-level processes in the network with dissemination of Standard Operations Procedures in network warehouses;
• Relationship management with logistics partners by monitoring adherence to service levels through analysis of inbound and outbound flows;
• KPI monitoring;
• Supporting and managing delivery strategies along the logistic network;

Who We Are Looking For

• 4-5 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in structured organizations and strong management skills represent a plus;
• Able to work both independently, and in teams, with a hands-on approach;
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment;
• Experience with ERP and WMS;
