Hello!

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Operator - Fixed Contract, who will:

• Be responsible for managing storage, distribution, warehouse management, and records maintenance of items in a warehouse.
• Be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from incoming inspection of purchase orders, handling vendor orders and interactions, to the delivery of complete orders to customers.
• Ensure the receipt and storage of property, reserve space allocation for property and items, and manage specialized storage requirements. This includes the physical upkeep of the stockroom, ensuring labels are posted, and items are stored correctly.
• Ensure all receipts are processed promptly and check all packages for quality assurance.
• Manage inventory by collecting information on items in stock, properly identifying items, and correcting discrepancies related to quantity, nomenclature, item identification, and part numbers.
• Be responsible for inventory verification through physical counting and verification of items in the stockroom.
• Comply with relevant national and international legal standards applicable to the area of responsibility, as well as standards for medical devices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING :

• High school diploma and basic knowledge of data entry.
• At least 1 year of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and cause-and-effect analysis; familiarity with statistical techniques and methods.
