In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our distinguished guests in luxurious villa settings. Your expertise in fine dining service, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be essential in creating memorable occasions for our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all dining service activities, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained
• Lead the waitstaff team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate and execute meal service, including setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events or private dining experiences
• Maintain an organized and clean service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences, customizing service to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and presentation of dishes
• Manage inventory of dining supplies and assist with procurement as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
