Join Ecolab as a Production Manager and take responsibility for managing the operations of all production departments in the plant. In this role, you will ensure production meets goals for product quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Manage day-to-day operations across all production departments in the plant
  • Ensure production processes meet quality standards, cost targets, and safety requirements
  • Report on issues related to production quality, maintenance, or personnel problems
  • Act as the plant leader in the absence of the Plant Manager
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and oversee a team of 30–50 employees
Qualifications
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Sciences, or Supply Chain Management
  • Six or more years of experience in manufacturing
  • Four or more years of prior supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment within a related industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to select, train, motivate, promote, and discipline staff according to company policy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams effectively
