A major consulting firm in Italy is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a hybrid role based in Turin. The position requires expertise in software testing and team management, demanding good communication skills and the ability to lead testing processes effectively. Ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in both Functional and Non-Functional Testing, as well as experience with Test Automation tools.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in managing test teams.
• Proven experience in both Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
• Familiarity with Test Automation tools.

Mansioni

• Manage one or more test teams in software testing.
• Ensure effective communication with analysts, developers, and suppliers.
• Motivate and lead team members to meet project deadlines.

We're currently looking for an experienced Test Manager to join one of Italy's biggest consultancies on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, with 2 days per week in their Turin office.

Technical skills/experience:

• Software lifecycle and testing processes
• Experience in both Functional Testing (Stand Alone, System Integration, E2E) and Non-Functional Testing.
• Utilization (and preferably configured) Test Management tools (Quality Centre, XRay, Spira, QTest, etc.).
• Test Automation tools.
• Good interactions with analysts, product owners, developers, other test teams, external suppliers, etc.
• Ability to manage one or more test teams (at least 3 years of experience).
• Ability to motivate the team.
