Your new role

The Tender Specialist works closely with his / her manager and colleagues preparing administrative technical and economic documentation both for public and private tenders for the Italian market.

What youll be doing

• Prepare tenders (paper and telematic) contractual documents and related reports
• Efficiently drive and coordinate tender process preparation submission and follow‑up processes with stakeholders.
• Assess tender requirements and documents to ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws
• Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure zero mistakes in tender preparation and submission
• Review tender & contract documentation
• Set Terms&Conditions as necessary and allowed in the tender process
• Ensure common tendering practices are adopted throughout the business
• Maintain the tender and response document folders maintaining updating and monitoring records on ongoing outstanding won and lost tenders
• General administration duties

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

• Master basic IT systems and tools
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint. .. )
• Ability to meet tight deadlines prioritize and multitask in a project‑driven and pressurized structured environment.

• Proven track record in preparing tenders and contracts without administrative / technical / economical mistakes
• Fluency in written and spoken English would be a plus
