A healthcare consulting firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across Europe and the US. The role involves sourcing candidates, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or tech industries. This position allows for remote work but is exclusive to applicants based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, and Veneto.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist belonging to the protected categories (Law 68 / 99) , based in Lombardy .
The selected candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across our European and US offices, supporting hiring managers in defining requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributions to employer branding initiatives and early talent projects.
Location : Remote working, eligible only for candidates based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna and Veneto, Italy).
