We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are native Italian speakers with a strong background in volume-based hiring, field sales, and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Can you?

  • Walk the walk: Demonstrate success in fast-paced, volume hiring across European field sales, with attention to financial services exposure.
  • Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools supporting engagement stages.
  • Be inventive: Use multiple sourcing platforms, AI, and power tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you've attracted frontline sales talent.
  • Embrace progression: Build large talent pools with effective communication and candidate journeys.
  • Get creative: Develop engaging outreach for sales and go-to-market talent in Nordics, Italy, Germany, and beyond, working with the Head of TA on campaigns.
  • Take ownership: Manage large candidate funnels across multiple roles, tracking data via CRM/HRIS/ATS.
  • Drive with data: Use metrics to improve and support team development.
  • Add real value: Engage stakeholders effectively, support hiring managers, and deliver targeted messaging for successful hires.

Proven experience in financial services or high-performing sales recruitment as a Talent Acquisition partner with results in volume hiring is required.
