Responsibilities

Concretely, you will :

  • Write exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organizing and conducting interviews;
  • Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing;
  • Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews;
  • Follow the employees' Odoo journey;
  • Collaborate with universities and participate in recruiting events;
  • Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!
