The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Supply Chain/Logistics. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP are preferred. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Overview

The position will be the main point of contact for the assigned Customers for supply chain related topics. Supervision of the completion of the main steps to guarantee product manufacturing, release and delivery according to customer demand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer demand — Receive forecast and purchase orders, evaluate, monitor trends & variations and promptly discuss them with Planning department; keep SAP system updated with current information; create & update reports.
  • Coordinate internal functions based on Customer requests to meet On Time Delivery; participate in daily Business unit meetings; monitor production and laboratory activities and provide Customers with updates on timelines.
  • Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of Customer material; coordinate warehouse schedule; prepare shipping documents; interface with couriers & freight forwarders.
  • Issue invoices upon completion of products and services.
  • Be proactive in answering Customer requests after alignment with internal functions such as Finance, Quality Operations, Business Management & Production.

  • Internal: Production Departments, Quality, Planning Department, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Services, Warehouse
  • External: Customers, Suppliers, Couriers
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Education
  • Technical Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in Supply Chain/Logistics; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Languages: Fluent in English
