A leading logistics technology provider in Milan is seeking an experienced SW Consultant to promote and sell service products to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a technical background, strong customer service experience, and the ability to negotiate sales. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand customer needs and drive continuous improvement in service offerings. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical degree and a minimum of 5 years in customer service or sales.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service or technical department and in sales.
• Basic Marketing Skills for industrial goods in B2B environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of intralogistics processes preferred.

Mansioni

• Sell service products and modifications to existing contracts.
• Maintain customer interactions and follow up on sales processes.
• Cooperate closely with departments for customer insights.
