Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team.
  • Manage product with a specific focus on leading the staff and handling managerial activities linked to sales and operational issues.
  • Share corporate strategies and procedures, manage client relations, and anticipate and identify customers' needs.
  • Assist in the store with sales and be responsible for managing and motivating the team, driving sales to reach corporate goals.
  • Lead, create the right culture, develop and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and convey the proper image of our extraordinary brand.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 / 7 years of experience in the fashion / retail sector.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong commercial skills and product sensibility.
  • Heavy customer knowledge and excellent retention skills.
  • Strong managerial skills and team management.
  • A very good knowledge of English and Italian; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong interest in the luxury world.
  • Proactivity and passion for challenge.
